This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle—from conception to launch—and play a vital role in determining what we create and the rationale behind it.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of customer operations. Engage with various roles and teams to grasp their daily activities, interdepartmental communication, reporting, and more.
• Develop prototypes on-site. As new ideas arise in the field, you will create prototypes, showcase them to users in real-time, and refine them while providing insights to the engineering team.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer pain points and translate them into exceptional features alongside a team of top-tier engineers.
• Establish standards in collaboration with government partners while developing solutions for industrial operators.
• Navigate from ambiguous problems to feasible solutions across a range of projects and workstreams.
• Lead the product roadmap for Realm and align solutions with business objectives.
• Support industrial executives, management, and field workers by enhancing the capabilities of our product.
• Utilize data and customer feedback to refine and evolve product offerings, distinguishing critical insights from extraneous information for the core product experience.
• Contribute to the vision, strategy, and processes that enable Realm to advance the product management function as we scale.
• 2-8+ years of experience in product management or software, with a proven record of delivering outstanding work.
• Possess a low ego, high emotional intelligence, and be a strong collaborator.
• Proficient in data analysis and making data-informed product decisions while also trusting your instincts.
• Capable of ruthlessly prioritizing tasks and thoughtfully considering trade-offs.
• Proven ability to lead and influence small teams of engineers towards a unified objective.
• Experience in developing products for enterprise, industrial, or security software applications.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong design sensibility with a sharp attention to detail; skilled in Figma for product and UI/UX collaboration.
• Prototyping experience and familiarity with AI coding tools for building prototypes.
• Basic coding and hacking skills.
• Ability to move quickly, tackle ambiguous challenges, and focus on the details.
• Must be based in the US—citizen or permanent resident.
