Technical Product Manager – CKEditor AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the development of the product vision and roadmap for our features.

• Manage daily prioritization by making informed trade-offs between user value, technical complexity, speed, and quality.

• Keep the team concentrated on the most critical tasks at hand.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to convert business needs into technical specifications.

• Oversee the product lifecycle from initial conception to final release.

• Define and monitor product requirements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.

• Work alongside sales, marketing, and support teams to optimize product success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Engineers often forget you’re a PM. Your background is technical (whether in software development or another hands-on technical role), and it is evident.

• You are capable of reading code, participating in architecture discussions, and grasping constraints without needing explanations multiple times.

• You execute, not just strategize. Within three months, you are expected to actively contribute and be effective in the trenches.

• You are at ease with making numerous small decisions on a daily basis.

• You take AI seriously and excel in high-pressure situations.

• You have a solid understanding of how LLMs operate, what constitutes a robust or fragile prompt engineering approach, and the significance of model behavior to the product experience.

• You communicate effectively with diverse audiences in fluent English.
