Technical Product Manager – CKEditor AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist in defining the product vision and roadmap for our offerings.

• Facilitate daily prioritization: establish clear tradeoffs among user value, technical complexity, speed, and quality.

• Keep the team focused on the most critical tasks at hand.

• Work alongside engineering teams to convert business needs into technical specifications.

• Oversee the product lifecycle from initial conception to final release.

• Identify and monitor product requirements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance product success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Engineers may overlook your role as a Product Manager.

• You possess a technical background, whether in software development or another hands-on technical field, and it is evident.

• You can read code, confidently participate in architecture discussions, and grasp constraints without needing repeated explanations.

• You implement solutions, rather than merely planning them.

• Within three months, you are expected to be actively productive in the field.

• You are adept at managing numerous small decisions on a daily basis.

• You take AI seriously and demonstrate strong leadership skills in high-pressure situations.

• You can articulate a technical tradeoff to a non-technical stakeholder and explain an AI product decision to an engineer on the same day, without losing either audience's attention.
