• Take ownership of the product backlog, ensuring effective prioritization and continuous grooming.
• Create, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps for both new product initiatives and ongoing activities.
• Serve as the key decision-maker for product-related matters, balancing scope, value, risk, and technical limitations.
• Facilitate discussions around scoping and estimation of efforts with engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Gather, document, and manage requirements, converting user and business needs into precise user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure that requirements are clearly defined, traceable, and aligned with the overall product strategy.
• Collaborate with clinical, scientific, and business partners to grasp workflows, user requirements, and success metrics.
• Work closely with engineering, SQA, and operations teams to aid in design, development, and testing processes.
• Manage dependencies and clarify uncertainties to maintain timely delivery.
• Assist in release planning, execution, and readiness, including defect triage and decisions regarding scope trade-offs.
• Track product outcomes and collect stakeholder feedback to foster continuous improvement.
• Maintain comprehensive product documentation and ensure a shared understanding among teams.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management, particularly with technical products in the healthcare or software integration sectors.
• Extensive experience in supporting Salesforce-based ecosystems, billing platforms, revenue operations, or order-to-cash processes.
• Proven track record in managing financial, billing, and reimbursement workflows, including compliance-related requirements.
• Familiarity with medical coding, with hands-on experience in automation and integrations utilizing agentic AI (preferred).
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of APIs, data modeling, cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP), and the software development lifecycle.
• Exposure to intelligent document processing, automated claims workflows, or revenue analytics solutions.
• Experience in leveraging AI, machine learning, or rules-based automation to enhance billing accuracy, reimbursement results, or revenue forecasting.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
