• Define and advocate for the product vision of the QVAC SDK, ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and Tether’s overarching goals related to local AI, privacy, decentralization, and peer-to-peer infrastructure.
• Manage the roadmap for SDK features, APIs, developer workflows, integrations, documentation, examples, templates, and tools.
• Enhance the complete developer experience, from initial installation to production integration.
• Convert product objectives into detailed technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Utilize coding skills to investigate SDK workflows, develop proof-of-concept integrations, and produce credible technical prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with engineering leads to make informed product choices regarding SDK architecture and developer usability.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of developer tools, AI infrastructure, Local AI, edge computing, and enterprise AI markets.
• Prioritize SDK features based on developer needs and business significance.
• Collaborate with engineering, developer relations, and marketing teams to ensure the accuracy and usability of SDK documentation.
• Develop and oversee SDK launch strategies in conjunction with various teams, defining positioning and target developer demographics.
• Establish and monitor SDK success metrics, effectively communicating results with stakeholders.
• Over 8 years of experience in product management, technical product management, software engineering, developer tools, platforms, SDKs, APIs, AI infrastructure, or related fields.
• Strong software development experience with practical coding capabilities.
• Familiarity with Local AI frameworks or runtimes such as llama.cpp, TensorFlow Lite, Core ML, ONNX Runtime, MLX, WebGPU, WebNN, or comparable technologies.
• Previous experience in creating, managing, or launching developer-facing products such as SDKs, APIs, CLIs, frameworks, platforms, infrastructure tools, AI tools, or technical integrations.
• Solid understanding of developer experience principles, including onboarding, documentation, API usability, error handling, debugging workflows, examples, templates, and integration pathways.
• Technical knowledge of AI/ML systems, particularly local inference, model optimization, runtime constraints, edge computing, privacy-preserving AI, and performance trade-offs.
• Capability to translate market demands and developer insights into clear product specifications, roadmap priorities, and measurable results.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on intricate technical products, including architecture discussions, release planning, trade-off evaluations, and management of technical debt.
• Ability to create mockups, wireframes, prototypes, technical diagrams, sample workflows, or code-based proofs of concept to align stakeholders and clarify product direction.
• Strong understanding of consumer and enterprise software markets, including how developers assess, adopt, and scale SDKs or platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and articulate business implications to technical teams.
• Proven history of delivering technical products with measurable adoption, developer satisfaction, or business impact.
• Strong product judgment, prioritization abilities, and a proactive approach to execution in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with agile development, product analytics, developer research, competitive analysis, and technical documentation processes.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
