This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Convert projects, initiatives, and quarterly goals into comprehensive technical specifications and execution strategies.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and design teams to develop, test, and launch high-quality features.
• Manage technical product documentation, user stories, and oversee release management from start to finish.
• Utilize SQL and data analysis to establish KPIs, confirm hypotheses, and track product performance.
• Regularly conduct A/B tests and experiments, fostering learning cycles from concept to measurable results.
• Ensure that all stakeholders, including engineering and operations, are aligned through effective communication and strict prioritization.
• Identify technical risks, edge cases, and dependencies early on, and manage them proactively.
• Act with urgency and accountability in a dynamic environment with changing requirements and limitations.
• Work alongside data and AI teams to integrate intelligence and automation into product workflows.
• A Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (mandatory).
• Extensive technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, architecture, and data flows.
• Proficient SQL skills with the ability to query and interpret data independently.
• 6 to 10 years of product experience, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, rewards platforms, payments, or AI-driven products.
• A proven track record of developing and delivering complex products from conception to iteration.
• Experience in agile, fast-paced environments with a strong focus on engineering collaboration.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools, data models, or generative AI applications—whether personally, professionally, or ideally, both!
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions with incomplete information.
• An analytical, structured thinker who can convert technical complexities into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills—capable of effectively participating in both engineering standups and executive reviews.
• Familiarity with App Store Ecosystems: A solid understanding of the App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android), including submission protocols, review processes, and handling app rejections.
• Knowledge of Mobile Release Cycles: Experience with staged rollouts, mandatory updates, and backward compatibility.
• Subscription Lifecycle Management: Experience overseeing the technical aspects of subscriptions, including grace periods (what occurs when a payment fails) and renewal processes.
• Entitlement Management: A foundational understanding of how backend systems grant or revoke access to features based on the user’s subscription status.
