Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire product development cycle for new initiatives: from discovery and definition to scoping, architecture, building, testing, launching, and iterating.

• Convert the founder's vision and advisor insights into detailed product specifications and functional software.

• Embrace an AI-first approach: leverage agentic coding tools as your primary development technique, coupled with the engineering discipline required to review, test, and debug the outcomes.

• Make informed architectural choices regarding data models, integrations, infrastructure, and the trade-offs involved.

• Validate concepts prior to development through prototypes, user testing, and direct discussions with founders and early customers across each vertical.

• Maintain quality in production through QA, debugging, monitoring, and ensuring reliability.

• Collaborate with additional Oowlish engineers as projects expand beyond a single builder.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science; other engineering disciplines are also welcomed. We prioritize structured thinking and a scientific approach.

• Over 5 years of professional experience as a software engineer, with a history of delivering complete, user-facing products. Full-stack experience is preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years in a Product Management position, responsible for discovery, prioritization, and delivery.

• An AI-native working style: you utilize agentic coding tools daily and can present a product developed primarily with them, along with a walkthrough of your workflow.

• Experience in startups, having navigated the ambiguity and fast pace of early-stage companies.

• Proficient in professional English, as you will collaborate directly with US-based founders and advisors.

• Located in Latin America.
