Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Define the vision, objectives, success metrics, roadmap, and adoption strategies for internal Customer Experience products.

• Take ownership of the roadmap and the development of internal products, workflows, and operational tools.

• Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing operational scalability, minimizing manual tasks, and standardizing execution across Customer Experience teams.

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of feature requests and operational enhancements: intake, triage, prioritization, solution design, rollout, and validation.

• Collaborate with Customer Experience stakeholders to pinpoint workflow gaps, operational hurdles, and automation possibilities.

• Work in close partnership with Engineering teams to deliver internal systems, integrations, automations, and process enhancements.

• Enhance operational visibility via dashboards, reporting, and workflow tracking.

• Ensure that implemented solutions are adopted in actual workflows and yield measurable operational benefits.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Program Management, Operations, or similar roles within cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure settings.

• A strong product-oriented mindset with experience in developing or refining internal tools, workflows, or operational platforms.

• Proven experience collaborating with engineering teams on technical systems and integrations.

• Ability to recognize operational inefficiencies and transform them into scalable solutions.

• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and workflow management tools.

• Proficient in English.
