Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business representatives to convert product strategy into detailed requirements while working closely with engineering and design teams.

• Engage cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Professional Services.

• Focus on API-driven integrations and system workflows to ensure both scalability and reliability.

• Enhance exception handling, operational efficiency, and financial accuracy throughout the platform.

• Establish and utilize analytics to assess product performance and foster continuous improvement.

• Create robust customer feedback loops through discovery sessions and ongoing interactions.

• Keep abreast of trends in payments and SaaS platforms, applying insights in a practical manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of product management experience in SaaS or FinTech sectors.

• Proficiency in reconciliation, reporting, or financial operations workflows.

• Experience with payments, financial systems, or platforms that are heavily workflow-oriented.

• Background in K–12 education, public sector, or nonprofit settings.

• Strong technical fluency, including:

• APIs and integrations.

• System workflows and data models.

• Collaboration on architecture and system design.

• Experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable and reliable systems.

• Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS).

• Strong skills in product discovery and problem-solving.

• Ability to define and monitor significant product metrics.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
