Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert product strategies into comprehensive requirements while partnering closely with engineering and design teams.

• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Professional Services.

• Focus on API-driven integrations and system workflows, ensuring both scalability and reliability.

• Enhance exception handling, operational efficiency, and financial accuracy throughout the platform.

• Establish and utilize analytics to assess product performance and promote ongoing improvement.

• Create robust customer feedback mechanisms through discovery sessions and continuous engagement.

• Remain updated on trends in payments and SaaS platforms, applying insights pragmatically.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of product management experience in SaaS or FinTech sectors.

• Proficient in reconciliation, reporting, or financial operations workflows.

• Experience with payment systems, financial platforms, or complex workflow solutions.

• Background in K–12 education, the public sector, or nonprofit organizations.

• Strong technical fluency, including:

• APIs and integrations

• System workflows and data models

• Collaboration on architecture and system design

• Experience partnering with engineering teams to deliver scalable and reliable systems.

• Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.

• Strong skills in product discovery and problem-solving.

• Ability to define and monitor significant product metrics.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
