This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Assist in a healthcare technology initiative aimed at business process analysis, requirement gathering, and planning for platform modernization.
• Spearhead discovery activities, lead workshops, document requirements, and aid in translating business needs into actionable insights.
• Perform stakeholder interviews, analyze and document existing business processes, and define future-state requirements across various operational and customer-facing functions.
• Recognize data integration requirements and assist with compliance and governance considerations.
• Contribute to the development of business cases, document operational necessities, and ensure transparency regarding project risks, dependencies, and critical decisions.
• Over 5 years of experience in Business Analysis within healthcare IT, pharmacy benefits, managed care, or related healthcare areas.
• Proven understanding of healthcare data ecosystems, pharmacy operations, claims processing, or patient support initiatives.
• Extensive experience in leading discovery sessions, conducting stakeholder interviews, and eliciting requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to generate high-quality business requirements, process documentation, workflows, and requirements traceability artifacts within tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance requirements; knowledge of healthcare security and governance frameworks is advantageous.
• Preferred experience with healthcare data integration patterns, customer service technologies, platform modernization projects, or strategic planning efforts.
