Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Formulate product strategy and roadmap for the Camio Cloud offering.

• Take ownership of the product roadmap and promote it both internally and externally to inspire customers and teams.

• Recognize industry trends and opportunities, and engage in product discovery with customers and teams that interact with them.

• Deliver top-tier products in collaboration with the design and engineering teams, ensuring value for our customers.

• Establish pricing and go-to-market strategies while working with the marketing team to synchronize product launches.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product adoption and drive revenue growth.

• Generate and maintain comprehensive product documentation.

• Coordinate with product managers focused on the cloud platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven history of developing and launching products.

• Knowledge of B2B SaaS business models, including key metrics and advantages to both the company and its customers.

• Capability to create a vision and lead a company-wide mindset transformation to realize it.

• Skill in gathering insights from a diverse range of stakeholders, identifying and prioritizing the most valuable problems to address that align with company strategy and deliver significant value to customers.

• Proactive and confident in working independently, with a focus on clear objectives.

• Strong empathy for customers and the ability to uncover and comprehend their challenges.

• A growth mindset coupled with a collaborative team spirit.

• Ability to influence without authority and manage upwards effectively.

• Technical proficiency, including a basic understanding of coding, networking, and graphics principles.

• Fluent in English.

• Familiarity with broadcast workflows for live productions is advantageous.

• Experience in delivering AI products or features is a significant plus.
