This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Engage in the strategic planning and objectives of the product line, ensuring alignment on dependencies to achieve common company goals.
• Create and oversee the product roadmap, encompassing priorities and timelines.
• Maintain transparency for stakeholders concerning plans and their advancements.
• Manage the product backlog: prioritize and make decisions on functionalities based on company objectives and value enhancement.
• Collaborate closely with the development team, offering strategic vision, goals, and milestones; effectively communicate the business value of solutions and guarantee successful product increment deliveries.
• Collect, validate, and document business requirements.
• Describe and validate solutions, preparing them for development while acting as a business/system analyst.
• Ensure that delivered solutions adhere to defined business requirements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation.
• Develop and analyze service metrics, focusing on continuous improvement in their quality.
• Define and evaluate service metrics, driving ongoing enhancements in product quality.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure seamless product development and prompt problem resolution.
• Over 3 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst, preferably in Fintech, Payments, Crypto, or B2B sectors.
• More than 1 year of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing priorities and executing the product roadmap effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams, including engineering, business analysts, and other internal stakeholders, to align on goals, priorities, and deliverables.
• Experience in enhancing processes and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the capability to assess system requirements and user workflows.
• Proficient in documentation and requirement writing.
• Familiarity with business analysis tools and knowledge of process modeling notations and architectural visualization, such as BPMN, UML, C4, etc.
• Solid understanding of integration patterns and data formats.
• Experience in data modeling.
• Proficiency in English: B2–C1.
