Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and maintain a well-organized backlog, including comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization that aligns with both engineering and business requirements.

• Facilitate all essential Scrum ceremonies and promote alignment among distributed teams within the client’s delivery framework.

• Lead the planning for releases, oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), compile release notes, and manage usage reporting.

• Act as the main product liaison for the development team and senior stakeholders, providing consistent updates on progress, risks, and priorities.

• Manage the triage process for bugs and enhancement requests, including intake, prioritization, and assignment.

• Assist with user interviews and discovery efforts, synthesizing findings into actionable backlog recommendations.

• Drive strategic planning for multi-quarter roadmaps as the engagement evolves.

• Proactively utilize AI tools to enhance the quality of documentation, streamline workflows, and increase delivery speed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.

• Proven track record of managing product delivery throughout the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Skilled in using Figma and collaborating within cross-functional product teams.

• Regular engagement with AI tools in product management practices.

• High level of proficiency in English.
