Technical Product Manager – AI, CS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the development of the product vision and roadmap for our features.

• Facilitate daily prioritization by making clear trade-offs between user value, technical complexity, speed, and quality.

• Keep the team concentrated on the most critical tasks at hand.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to convert business needs into technical specifications.

• Oversee the product lifecycle from initial conception to final release.

• Define and monitor product requirements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and scalable solutions.

• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance product success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Engineers tend to overlook that you're a PM. You possess a technical background (whether in software development or another hands-on technical role), and it is evident.

• You can read code, actively participate in architecture discussions, and comprehend constraints without needing them explained multiple times.

• You execute, not just plan. Within three months, you will be expected to be productive on the ground. This is not a position where strategy occupies your entire calendar.

• You manage the daily scope and delivery alongside your engineering and design counterparts, adjusting to the pace required by the work.

• You are comfortable making hundreds of small decisions daily.

• High-level strategy will be guided by product and technical leaders, with your input. However, the details are your responsibility.

• You take AI seriously and excel in high-pressure environments. AI is our top product priority at the moment.

• You understand how LLMs function, what constitutes a robust or fragile prompt engineering approach, and the significance of model behavior to the product experience.

• You will engage in discussions with product leaders, technical leaders, and go-to-market teams, and you can discuss this work credibly with engineers and executives while fostering clarity and momentum without formal authority.

• You communicate effectively across diverse audiences in fluent English. You can articulate a technical trade-off to a non-technical stakeholder and explain an AI product decision to an engineer on the same day, without losing either audience.
