Technical Product Manager, AI, CS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist in defining the product vision and roadmap for our features.

• Facilitate daily prioritization: clarify trade-offs between user value, technical complexity, speed, and quality.

• Ensure the team remains focused on the most critical tasks at hand.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to convert business needs into technical specifications.

• Oversee the product lifecycle from initial conception to final release.

• Identify and monitor product requirements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and scalable solutions.

• Work in conjunction with sales, marketing, and support teams to optimize product success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Engineers may forget you are a PM; your technical background (be it in software development or another hands-on technical role) is apparent.

• You can read code, participate in architectural discussions, and grasp constraints without needing explanations twice.

• You are a doer, not just a planner. Within three months, you will be expected to contribute actively.

• You manage day-to-day scope and delivery alongside your engineering and design colleagues, adapting to the pace necessitated by the work.

• You are at ease making numerous small decisions every day.

• High-level strategy will be addressed by product and technical leaders, with your assistance.

• However, the finer details are your responsibility. You will continuously make judgment calls without waiting for permission.

• You take AI seriously and excel in high-pressure environments, as AI is our current top product priority.

• You comprehend how LLMs function, what constitutes a robust or fragile prompt engineering approach, and why model behavior is crucial to the product experience.

• You will engage in discussions with product leaders, technical leaders, and go-to-market teams, and you can communicate this work convincingly with both engineers and executives, driving clarity and momentum without formal authority.

• You communicate effectively across diverse audiences in fluent English.

• You can explain a technical trade-off to a non-technical stakeholder and discuss an AI product decision with an engineer on the same day, without losing the attention of either audience.
