This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Establish and guide the technical product vision, strategy, and roadmap for designated IT products and platforms.
• Work in collaboration with business leaders, users, architects, developers, and infrastructure teams to collect and prioritize requirements.
• Oversee technical product lifecycle processes from ideation and planning to implementation and continuous optimization.
• Convert business needs into comprehensive technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that solutions adhere to security, scalability, performance, and compliance standards.
• Engage in informal architecture, design, and code reviews as necessary.
• Manage technical product backlogs and prioritize initiatives based on business value, risk, and technical dependencies.
• Direct the implementation and launch of new capabilities, applications, and platforms.
• Act as an escalation point for technical product-related issues and incidents, coordinating efforts with business and development teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning sessions, and release coordination as applicable.
• Serve as the main stakeholder contact and provide regular updates on the progress and outcomes of technical products.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process enhancements, and technology modernization.
• Assist with vendor evaluations, technology assessments, and implementation initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field OR equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, IT Leadership, Lead Development, Solution/Application architecture, or similar roles.
• A solid understanding of enterprise applications, systems integration, APIs, cloud platforms, databases, ELT, and software development lifecycles.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Self-provided internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.
• A dedicated workspace free from ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI / HIPAA information.
• Preferred: Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
• Preferred: Demonstrated experience managing product roadmaps and delivering technology solutions.
• Preferred: Experience overseeing project budgets and financial forecasting.
• Preferred: Integration experience with Snowflake or Databricks.
• Preferred: Experience with Salesforce, including Accounts, Contacts, Reports, Dashboards, Security, and Flows.
