Technical Presales Specialist, DACH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Facilitate technical discovery sessions and provide engaging product demonstrations that highlight the capabilities and business value of Lyric's platform.

• Collaborate with Account Executives to formulate technical win strategies and address objections throughout the sales process.

• Develop technical sales support materials and offer architectural advice during customer implementations.

• Keep abreast of trends in supply chain technology to effectively highlight Lyric's technical advantages.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in technical presales or solutions engineering within enterprise software, with a solid foundation in either supply chain software or AI/ML platforms.

• Comprehensive understanding of supply chain processes and technologies, with the capability to convey intricate technical ideas as business value.

• Exceptional presentation and demonstration skills, with experience addressing both technical and executive-level audiences.

• Outstanding project management abilities, capable of managing multiple intricate sales cycles at the same time.
