This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Comprehend the business challenges, objectives, and success criteria of customers through a structured discovery process.
• Convert business issues into solution concepts, value propositions, and implementation strategies.
• Question vague or solution-biased customer requirements by offering constructive alternatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor during customer discussions, workshops, and pitching meetings.
• Design high-level solution architectures that align with customer needs, budget, and timelines.
• Clearly and early define the scope, assumptions, dependencies, and non-goals.
• Communicate business value, ROI drivers, and differentiation against competitors effectively.
• Ensure that solutions are feasible, scalable, and compatible with delivery capabilities.
• Assist account teams in opportunity qualification, including bid/no-bid decisions.
• Contribute to the development of proposals, presentations, demos, and responses to RFPs.
• Aid in structuring commercial models in collaboration with sales and delivery teams.
• Mentor sales colleagues on the solution narrative and customer messaging.
• Work closely with delivery, architecture, and subject-matter experts.
• Guarantee a seamless transition from pre-sales to delivery with a shared understanding of scope and risks.
• Document reusable assets, references, and lessons learned from deals.
• Enhance win rates, proposal quality, and pre-sales efficiency through structured feedback.
• Stay informed about market trends, customer priorities, and competitive offerings.
• Contribute to standard solution offerings, accelerators, and playbooks.
• Strong capability to structure ambiguous problems and transform them into clear solution options.
• Experience in customer-facing consulting, pre-sales, or solution architecture roles.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation abilities.
• Solid understanding of modern IT/digital solutions relevant to the business context.
• Ability to discuss architecture, integration, data, cloud, or platforms at a conceptual level.
• Curious, structured, and comfortable in challenging assumptions.
