Technical Presales Specialist, Benelux

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Facilitate technical discovery sessions and provide engaging product demonstrations that highlight the capabilities and business value of Lyric's platform.

• Collaborate with Account Executives to formulate technical win strategies and address objections throughout the sales process.

• Develop technical sales enablement materials and offer architectural advice during customer implementations.

• Keep abreast of trends in supply chain technology to effectively showcase Lyric's technical advantages.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in technical presales or solutions engineering within enterprise software, with a robust background in supply chain software or AI/ML platforms.

• Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain processes and technologies, with the capability to convert complex technical ideas into business advantages.

• Proficient presentation and demonstration skills, with experience addressing both technical and executive-level audiences.

• Exceptional project management abilities, capable of managing multiple intricate sales cycles at the same time.
