Technical Presales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Facilitate technical discovery sessions and deliver engaging product demonstrations that highlight the capabilities and business value of Lyric's platform.

• Collaborate with Account Executives to devise technical winning strategies and address objections throughout the sales process.

• Develop technical sales enablement resources and offer architectural guidance during customer implementations.

• Keep abreast of trends in supply chain technology to effectively articulate Lyric's technical advantages.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in technical presales or solutions engineering within enterprise software, with a solid background in supply chain software or AI/ML platforms.

• Profound understanding of supply chain processes and technologies, with the ability to convey intricate technical concepts in terms of business value.

• Exceptional presentation and demonstration abilities, with experience addressing both technical and executive-level audiences.

• Strong project management capabilities, able to manage multiple intricate sales cycles concurrently.
