Technical Patient Care Analyst III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide remote assistance to patients, guiding them throughout their entire treatment journey to ensure compliance, engagement, and the optimal experience within the program's framework.

• Conduct ongoing follow-ups with oncology patients, facilitating efficient navigation throughout the treatment process in line with the protocols and program guidelines set by Novartis.

• Engage in both outbound and inbound communications, delivering qualified reception, care guidance, and support for therapeutic adherence.

• Offer remote nursing consultations (via web) following validated protocols to ensure high-quality care and patient safety.

• Ensure accurate identification, documentation, and reporting of adverse events to the Pharmacovigilance department, adhering to regulatory requirements and established procedures.

• Collaborate effectively with physicians, sales consultants, and other healthcare professionals to align and optimize the steps in the patient journey.

• Maintain a complete and traceable record of all interactions and communications in the program systems, ensuring data integrity.

• Prepare and analyze operational reports to support the monitoring of program indicators and performance.

• Assist management by generating strategic insights, presenting outcomes, and identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.

• Provide continuous patient follow-up to guarantee appropriate progression of the treatment journey according to the program's scope and the care pathway established by Novartis.

• Critically evaluate cases and refer to the Oncology Nurse based on the complexity level, fostering organized care flow and effective care management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Registered nurse with active COREN registration (Regional Nursing Council)

• Specialization in oncology

• Specialization in patient navigation

• Work schedule: 8-hour shift

• Proven experience in patient care and counseling

• Technical and specific knowledge:

• Pharmacovigilance (desirable)

• Patient navigation (required)
