Technical Partnerships – Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Strategic Partnerships Lead and Executive Director during technical discussions with potential Foundation members and ecosystem partners.

• Comprehend partner architectures, AI infrastructure, deployment models, and technical goals.

• Assess technical compatibility and discover opportunities for collaboration concerning OpenClaw, interoperability, and new standards.

• Act as the Foundation's representative in technical conversations with AI labs, cloud providers, enterprises, research institutions, and developer communities.

• Function as the main technical liaison for strategic ecosystem partners.

• Assist organizations in effectively adopting, integrating, and contributing to the OpenClaw platform.

• Oversee technical onboarding, architecture evaluations, and developer empowerment initiatives.

• Collaborate with partner engineering teams and Foundation maintainers to resolve technical issues and eliminate adoption obstacles.

• Lead intricate, cross-functional technical projects that span multiple internal teams and external organizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Partnerships, Partner Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Developer Relations Engineering, or a similar technical field.

• Proven experience in coordinating complex technical projects across various teams or organizations.

• Strong knowledge of APIs, developer platforms, distributed systems, or AI infrastructure.

• Comfortable engaging deeply with engineering teams and discussing technical architecture, integrations, and system design.

• Excellent project management abilities with a proven track record of driving execution across diverse stakeholders.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to execution in fast-paced environments.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings, conferences, and Foundation events.
