Technical Onboarding Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Neo4j Technical Onboarding Engineers are essential in assisting our enterprise clients at the onset of their journey, ensuring the utmost success of their architectural foundations.

• In the role of a Technical Onboarding Engineer, you will connect the signed contract with a production-ready environment.

• You will act as a reliable technical advisor, guiding new clients through vital infrastructure milestones—including cloud provisioning, security enhancements, networking, data modeling, and application integration.

• Positioned at the core of our customer-centric culture, you will design customized onboarding blueprints, coordinate complex delivery workflows, and ensure a consistent, expedited time-to-value.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical position (e.g., Solution Architect, Solution Engineer, Onboarding Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, or Technical Consultant).

• Practical experience with production workloads in at least one major cloud provider ecosystem (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

• Extensive technical knowledge of core networking infrastructure, including VPC/VNet architectures, routing protocols, peering, and PrivateLink/Private Endpoints.

• Hands-on experience and technical expertise in SQL or NoSQL databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).

• Demonstrated success in implementing Enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM), encompassing SSO (OIDC/SAML) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) design.

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
