Technical Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Creating user manuals and knowledge base articles related to software and solutions based on Microsoft technologies

• Developing and translating content for the official website and related services in both English and Polish

• Editing technical and marketing posts on CodeTwo's websites and blogs about CodeTwo products and updates in the IT world

• Monitoring social media, technical forums, and industry portals

• Crafting user interface text for CodeTwo applications

• Editing content for communications directed at CodeTwo customers

• Proofreading and ensuring quality of texts produced by other CodeTwo employees

• Collaborating closely with the Development, Customer Support, and Technical Marketing departments

• Familiarizing oneself with the environments and programs for which the texts are being created

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent command of the English language, particularly in writing

• Outstanding proficiency in Polish, both spoken and written

• Ability to plan and create logical structures along with user manuals and other texts that explain complex technical issues to end users

• Familiarity with English-language IT terminology

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as technical writer or copywriter, involving the writing of technical texts in English related to IT

• Practical knowledge of conversational English, gained through relevant studies or work experience in an English-speaking country

• Very good computer skills

• Consistency and attention to detail

• Commitment and a professional attitude towards work

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, and Windows Server is a plus

• Experience in editing texts using language models/AI, such as ChatGPT, is an advantage

• Understanding of SEO principles is welcome

• CV, cover letter, and examples of technical texts in English are required if available
