This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Mechanical engineer with a background in the operation and maintenance of Upstream & Downstream rotary machinery, including Reciprocating and Centrifugal Compressors, Gas turbines, Steam turbines, Blowers, Motors, Pumps, and Generators.
• The engineer must possess the ability to review P&IDs, instrument lists, PFDs, and data sheets effectively.
• Capable of developing anomaly reports, diagnosing machine faults, and providing potential causes along with recommendations.
• ISO Category II/III Vibration analyst certification required.
• Extensive knowledge in advanced vibration analysis, rotor dynamics, oil analysis, and thermal imaging.
• Proficient in interpreting multi-parameter data, including vibration, process, and seal data.
• Responsible for developing predictive maintenance strategies.
• Analyze trends to enhance MTBF and minimize unplanned downtime.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for significant breakdowns.
• Expertise in utilizing data analytics tools.
• Experience in the operation and maintenance of upstream and downstream rotary machines (10+ years).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as System 1, AVEVA PRiSM, GE SmartSignal, and Emerson AMS.
