Technical Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical review of the client's current stack, including architectures and production environments.

• Assess the technical quality of existing integrations (APIs, webhooks, automation flows).

• Identify technical debt and constraints that affect the implementation of AI solutions.

• Validate architectural proposals from a practical implementation perspective.

• Define integration patterns (event-driven, APIs, microservices) for hybrid environments.

• Estimate the technical effort of prioritized initiatives considering dependencies and risks.

• Design technical execution plans aligned with the team's capabilities.

• Ensure adherence to best practices in security, CI/CD, and identity management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in systems development and integration.

• Proven experience in GCP (Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Vertex AI).

• Experience in AWS (API Gateway, Lambda, ECS, SQS, EventBridge).

• Strong knowledge in system integration: REST, GraphQL, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.

• Experience in development with Python and/or Node.js.

• Proficient in container management and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience in CI/CD using GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, or Azure DevOps.

• Knowledge in API security (OAuth 2.0, JWT, IAM in GCP and AWS).

• Experience in architecture review under the C4 model.

• Certification as Google Cloud Professional Cloud Developer or Cloud Architect.
