This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Accountable for enhancing team efficiency through the integration of AI-driven tools to provide software solutions.

• Initially requires a "hands-on" approach to lay down the technical groundwork and gradually evolve into a high-level architectural or leadership position as the team expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in leading an engineering team with the capability to mentor and improve delivery processes.

• A solid technical foundation as a Full Stack or Back End Engineer is essential.

• Proficiency in English at an advanced level.

• Knowledge of AI tools for development to enhance team productivity.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields.

• Self-sufficiency and initiative to lead internal projects from initial concept to final execution.

• A collaborative team player, naturally inclined towards knowledge sharing and mentoring others.

• Strong decision-making abilities, ensuring that all technical decisions align with Devlane's long-term business objectives.
