Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to convert business requirements into technical specifications.

• Create scalable full-stack applications utilizing Node.js, Vue.js/React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and cloud-native technologies.

• Employ AI-assisted development and agentic coding workflows during the implementation process.

• Perform AI-assisted code reviews and analyses to detect defects, security vulnerabilities, architectural inconsistencies, duplication, and opportunities for reuse.

• Design and consistently enhance automated unit, integration, end-to-end, regression, and performance testing.

• Manage production deployment through automated CI/CD pipelines and contemporary DevOps practices.

• Oversee production health via observability, performance monitoring, alerting, and incident response.

• Utilize AI-assisted analysis for troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and remediation efforts.

• Continuously enhance product quality, reliability, performance, and maintainability through telemetry, customer behavior insights, incidents, and engineering metrics.

• Architect scalable services and cloud-native applications using Node.js and modern application frameworks.

• Develop dynamic, responsive user experiences with Vue.js/React and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Design APIs, services, and integration patterns for reusable functionalities.

• Construct serverless and containerized applications for scalable cloud deployment.

• Focus on performance, security, resilience, observability, and maintainability in design.

• Advocate for AI-driven software engineering practices throughout the development lifecycle.

• Embrace AI development tools, coding agents, and engineering automation.

• Write clean, modular, reusable, and maintainable code.

• Engage in technical design and code reviews.

• Contribute to architectural decisions and platform enhancements.

• Share AI-assisted engineering techniques and best practices.

• Take ownership of features and services from conception and technical design through deployment, monitoring, and optimization.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, Platform, CloudOps, and engineering teams.

• Identify and eliminate technical obstacles.

• Communicate technical concepts, design choices, risks, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Create documentation that allows engineers to understand, maintain, and extend the work.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in server-side JavaScript/TypeScript development with Node.js.

• Practical experience with Vue.js and/or React.

• In-depth knowledge of modern JavaScript, TypeScript, API design, and distributed application architecture.

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases in live production settings.

• Proficiency in designing and utilizing RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.

• Practical experience in building and managing cloud-native applications.

• Solid understanding of automated testing, CI/CD, observability, and contemporary DevOps practices.

• Hands-on experience with AI-powered software development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar coding agents.

• Capability to leverage AI across various stages of the software development lifecycle.

• Strong engineering fundamentals and judgment for assessing, testing, and enhancing AI-generated solutions.

• Independent problem-solving skills from concept through to production.

• Strong sense of ownership and urgency, demonstrated by a history of completing work.
