This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Act as the technical authority for Billing, ensuring solution quality and consistency;
• Provide technical guidance in the area, facilitating decision-making and resolving issues;
• Ensure thorough validation of technical documentation prior to integrated testing and production;
• Oversee deployments and manage post-go-live stabilization;
• Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies;
• Advocate for best practices in development and uphold technical governance;
• Ensure coordination between IT and business stakeholders;
• Assist in architecture reviews and the design of technical solutions;
• Oversee quality assurance and validation of technical outputs.
• Extensive experience with Billing systems and related processes;
• Background in Telecom and involvement in implementation/post-implementation projects;
• Proficiency in system integrations and comprehensive process management;
• Familiarity with troubleshooting, incident management, and maintaining production stability;
• Strong analytical abilities and a knack for resolving complex issues;
• Understanding of technical governance and the establishment of standards;
• Experience working with agile methodologies and managing backlogs;
• Effective communication skills with both technical teams and business units;
• Proven experience in technical leadership and supervision of large-scale projects;
