This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Responsible for the technical aspects of SAP Basis architectures

• Operate and continuously enhance intricate SAP system landscapes

• Lead projects while assuming team leadership roles

• Plan and execute transformations towards SAP S/4HANA

• Integrate SAP systems with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure

• Analyze current SAP landscapes and formulate strategic development plans

• Extensive experience in the SAP Basis field, preferably in a technical leadership or senior position

• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver, and both traditional and modern SAP architectures

• Proficient with SAP-relevant databases, especially SAP HANA, and ideally Oracle or similar systems

• Experience in cloud transformations and programs such as RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP

• Expertise in integrating SAP systems into cloud settings, predominantly Microsoft Azure

• Organized and solution-focused working approach with a confident demeanor with stakeholders

• Excellent proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken

• Technical responsibility for SAP Basis architectures and the ongoing operation and improvement of complex SAP system landscapes

• You will oversee projects and take on both technical and, when applicable, disciplinary leadership of teams within the SAP Basis area

• Planning and implementation of transitions to SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud ERP, utilizing RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP

• Integrate SAP systems into cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and design hybrid architectures

• Analyze existing SAP landscapes and derive strategies for migration and optimization

• Ensure adherence to operational, security, and compliance standards

• Support presales activities, conduct workshops, and present technical solutions to clients

• Potential opportunity to assume a team leader role with both technical and disciplinary responsibilities
