This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Expertise in the IT environment specifically for Telecommunications.
• Experience in system architecture to tackle both technical and business challenges.
• Familiarity with platforms and specific tools relevant to the key initiatives you'll engage with.
• Conduct critical analysis of requirements and modeling to interpret challenges identified by the business.
• Define and support software and solution architecture.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps concepts, practices, and deployment processes in large enterprises.
• Understanding of agile methodologies.
• Experience leading Salesforce projects as a Technical Lead and Solutions Architect.
• Practical profile capable of creating, designing, presenting, and implementing project solutions.
• Define and design while recommending optimal technical and functional solutions, comprehending the business and real project needs, while evaluating risks and overall impact of proposed solutions.
• Suggest technical solutions that ensure optimal platform usage (considering performance, scalability, maintenance, platform limitations, etc.).
• Ensure visibility and management of interdependencies among the features constituting the solution.
• Generate comprehensive technical documentation.
• Provide support and guidance to implementation, development, and testing teams.
• Offer consultative assistance in technical and functional forums.
• Serve as a Salesforce technical and functional reference.
• Take responsibility for the technical refinement of requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting critical issues and participate in war rooms.
• Escalate and direct technical impediments while aiding in their resolution.
• Oversee all engagement and actions related to the technical scope during the refinement phase.
• Advocate for technical solutions before the technical Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Assist in outlining the feature roadmap from a technical perspective.
• Maintain up-to-date controls and tools (status, impediments, refinement planning, etc.).
• Advanced proficiency in declarative customization of Salesforce Core, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce backend and frontend programming resources: Apex, LWC, Aura, DataRaptor, Calculation Matrix, Vlocity Card.
• Familiarity with OmniStudio, CPQ Industries, Order Management (OM), Catalog, PLM, Vlocity Core, FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors/DataMappers, Calculation Matrix, Templates, Apex REST, and external calls (callouts).
• Advanced understanding of APIs and microservices (REST, SOAP).
• Knowledge of deployment processes and tools, preferably COPADO and Git.
• Experience with user management, system administration, profiles, permissions, and access management.
• Degree in Software Development Technology, preferably in Software Engineering.
• Possession of Salesforce certifications focused on solution architecture and/or technical leadership.
• Preferred: Over 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead.
• Preferred: Experience in projects and solution/technical architecture definitions for integrations between Salesforce and Artificial Intelligence.
• Technical knowledge of the IT environment for Telecommunications.

• Propose technical solutions considering optimal use of the platform (performance, scalability, maintenance, platform limitations, etc.).
• Ensure visibility and management of interdependencies between the features that compose the solution.
• Produce technical documentation.
• Support and guide implementation, development and testing teams.
• Provide consultative support in technical/functional forums.
• Act as a Salesforce technical/functional reference.
• Be responsible for technical refinements of requirements.
• Support and/or perform troubleshooting of critical issues and participate in war rooms.
• Escalate and direct technical impediments and assist in resolving them.
• Be responsible for all engagement and actions related to the technical scope during the refinement phase.
• Defend technical solutions before the technical CoE (Center of Excellence).
• Support the detailing of the feature roadmap (technical perspective).
• Keep controls and tools up to date (status, impediments, refinement planning, etc.).
