• Over 7 years of experience in software development, including more than 3 years in a technical leadership capacity.

• Extensive hands-on experience in building modern software applications with languages such as Java, C#, C++, Python, JavaScript, or similar.

• Experience in full-stack development, modern architectures, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.

• Strong grasp of software engineering best practices, Agile methodologies, testing, and database design.

• Demonstrated capability to lead technical initiatives while being actively engaged in development.

• Experience in mentoring engineers and promoting engineering excellence.

• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.

• Familiarity with or experience in using AI-assisted development tools is a significant advantage.
