Technical Lead – .NET, Angular

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the development team from a technical standpoint, offering guidance and support on architectural and implementation choices.

• Assign and monitor tasks, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within the agreed timelines.

• Perform code reviews to guarantee compliance with best practices and the overall development culture.

• Actively participate in back-end (.NET / .NET Core) and front-end (Angular) solution development.

• Engage in defining the architecture and technical design of solutions.

• Assist in the configuration and evolution of CI/CD pipelines and API management using Azure API Management (APIM).

• Facilitate technical meetings with clients and other stakeholders.

• Support the team in diagnosing and resolving intricate technical challenges.

• Foster the team’s technical development by advocating for best practices and the integration of new technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Technical Lead with a hands-on approach.

• Extensive experience in back-end development utilizing C# .NET and .NET Core.

• Proficiency in front-end development with Angular.

• Familiarity with Azure.

• Experience with CI/CD Pipelines and Azure API Management (APIM).

• Competence in Visual Studio.

• Strong understanding of SQL Server.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with clients and cross-functional teams.

• Eagerness to learn and stay current with technological advancements.

• Intermediate level of English proficiency.

• Knowledge of PL/SQL.

• Familiarity with Copilot and/or other AI development tools.
