This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary technical authority for designated training programs
• Ensure the content of programs is accurate, relevant, and of high quality
• Keep course materials compliant with relevant codes, standards, and best practices
• Engage with clients to evaluate their technical training needs and guarantee program alignment with their expectations
• Work alongside instructional designers to create and update training content
• Collaborate with and delegate responsibilities to lead instructors
• Sanction technical deliverables before their finalization and distribution
• Assist in the selection, onboarding, and technical guidance of instructors
• Take part in strategic planning for new program introductions and improvements
• Analyze client feedback and training performance metrics to promote ongoing enhancement
• Represent NTT Training in technical dialogues with clients and industry experts
• 7–15 years of relevant technical experience, preferably in instructional leadership or training development
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Demonstrated capability to lead technical training programs and mentor instructors
• Availability for regular travel to provide on-site client support and execute training
