Senior Cyber Resiliency Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Create and enhance technical capabilities to improve incident response and cyber resilience.

• Oversee alerts and investigate any suspicious activities.

• Respond to security threats with appropriate incident management.

• Conduct technical investigations utilizing endpoint, network, identity, cloud, and log data.

• Aid in the creation and upkeep of SIEM, EDR, alerting mechanisms, detection content, and response procedures.

• Assess and support cybersecurity tools and technical capabilities.

• Record investigative outcomes and actions taken during incidents.

• Engage in tabletop exercises and incident simulation activities.

• Work collaboratively with other departments to facilitate incident management efforts.

• Keep abreast of emerging threats and propose enhancements.
