Senior Desarrollador Fullstack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient full-stack systems.

• Guide architectural decisions, select technologies, and establish best development practices.

• Develop and integrate APIs, optimize queries, and model data effectively.

• Implement unit and integration tests, ensuring quality through code reviews.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other teams to deliver user-centered solutions.

• Automate CI/CD pipelines and participate in deployments and production monitoring.

• Mentor junior and semi-senior developers, fostering continuous improvement within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in developing full-stack web applications in production environments.

• At least 3 years of demonstrable experience in backend software development using NodeJS and TypeScript.

• Advanced experience in database usage, including data modeling and query optimization, ideally with MongoDB or NoSQL databases.

• Practical experience in modeling complex problems and designing efficient, robust, and scalable microservices architectures.

• Experience working with cloud services and infrastructure (preferably AWS).

• Experience in designing and implementing automated tests (unit, integration, etc.).

• Intermediate level of English (ability to read technical documentation in English).

• Experience working under agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to provide technical guidance to the team.

• Proven fluency and integration of Artificial Intelligence tools into development processes will be valued.
