This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Oversee projects from estimation to deployment, directing development teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

• Design comprehensive systems by specifying requirements and choosing suitable technologies.

• Interact directly with clients and effectively convey technical concepts to both developers and non-technical stakeholders.

• Create and execute unit tests to uphold high standards of code quality.

• Deploy applications on cloud platforms and oversee cloud infrastructure management.

• Collaborate efficiently, both autonomously and as part of a team.

• Over 7 years of recent experience with at least two of the following languages: Go (Golang), Java, or Python.

• Professional experience in developing front-end applications using TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Strong expertise in cloud functions, hosting, and cloud instances (GCP, App Engine, Firebase, or AWS).

• Familiarity with microservices, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), or serverless lambda functions.

• Excellent communication skills paired with proven leadership experience.

• Must be adaptable with time zones to regularly accommodate PST and EST schedules.

• Preferred: experience with RPC (Remote Procedure Call).

• Practical experience with session management, authentication, and authorization protocols.

• Previous experience in an agency or service-oriented organization.
