This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ You will serve as Sebotics' inaugural technical lead in Germany, establishing essential structures, building expertise, and laying the groundwork.
β’ Your responsibilities include installing equipment, documenting processes, creating training materials, producing instructional videos, and organizing workflows.
β’ Subsequently, you will manage your own team, onboard new technicians, and ensure that every customer receives the consistent quality associated with Sebotics.
β’ You will be onsite to train personnel, resolve technical issues, install devices, and ensure systems are operational.
β’ When not engaged in assignments, you will remain proactive by following up with customers, developing educational materials, or sharing your projects on LinkedIn.
β’ A technical qualification in mechatronics, IT, electronics, or a related field.
β’ A passion for establishing structure, taking ownership, and engaging in hands-on setup activities.
β’ Excellent communication skills β both written and verbal, as well as in person.
β’ A strong 'get things done' attitude.
β’ Willingness to travel, with potential for multi-day or multi-week assignments.
β’ Proficient in German and good command of English.
β’ A desire not only to be part of a system but to contribute to its development.
β’ A pivotal role with a clear trajectory for leading operations in Germany.
