CTO Office Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Facilitate coordination across teams: You prioritize incoming requests, collaborate among teams, and ensure that essential priorities are maintained in a fast-paced organization.

• Transform cross-functional initiatives into efficient processes: Oversee projects from start to finish — from defining scope and aligning stakeholders to delivering solutions that are scalable.

• Adopt a product builder perspective: Dive deeply into problems, whether they require a detailed requirements brief, a simple prototype, or a structured analytical approach.

• Equip leadership for decisive action: Create decision-making materials, pre-alignment documents, and follow-up structures that translate strategy discussions into clear ownership and actionable next steps.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in product management or a strategy and operations role within a technology company.

• Proven ability to independently manage cross-functional projects from inception to completion.

• Ability to seamlessly navigate between operational details and strategic perspectives; proficient in crafting precise requirements briefs and facilitating stakeholder alignment sessions.

• Communicate clearly and directly in both English and German, with proficiency in writing and speaking (C1/C2 level in both languages).

• Experience collaborating directly with founders or executives in a startup or scale-up setting is highly advantageous.

• Take ownership seriously and maintain high standards: when a task is assigned to you, it will be completed to excellence.
