Field CTO – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Participate in introductory and discovery calls with enterprise clients.

• Lead discussions focused on architecture and technical validation.

• Adapt Unframe’s foundational architecture into solutions tailored for customers.

• Resolve technical objections effectively.

• Represent Unframe during executive briefings, conferences, and industry events.

• Provide engaging technical presentations and live architecture demonstrations.

• Develop repeatable demo narratives customized for specific verticals and personas.

• Produce thought leadership materials, including talks, workshops, and articles.

• Establish standardized:

• Technical pitch frameworks

• Demo processes

• Objection-handling guides

• Vertical-specific narratives

• Ensure consistency and excellence across all field technical interactions.

• Work closely with Sales to shape deal strategies.

• Offer structured feedback from the field to the Product team.

• Assist in refining our positioning relative to consultancies, point tools, and orchestration stacks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior technical leader with extensive enterprise AI expertise and substantial customer-facing experience (such as Field CTO, VP of Solutions Engineering, Principal Architect, Technical Founder, or similar roles).

• In-depth knowledge of:

• LLM architectures

• AI orchestration frameworks

• Enterprise integrations

• Security and deployment models

• Familiarity with enterprise sales processes.

• Proven team builder skilled in hiring and leading technical talent.

• Outstanding communicator capable of simplifying complex topics while maintaining credibility.

• Experience in public speaking or recognized technical thought leadership.

• Background in data-intensive sectors (such as financial services, real estate, enterprise services).

• Proven track record in developing technical enablement programs.
