This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
β’ Development of a technology strategy and roadmap that aligns with commercial objectives.
β’ Comprehensive engineering planning and execution across product, platform, and infrastructure.
β’ Management of the CRM and marketing technology ecosystem, including both internal systems and third-party platforms.
β’ Establishing data architecture along with member and business analytics capabilities.
β’ Oversight of vendor and partner relationships, particularly for third-party integrations such as hotel and airline loyalty programs, financial institutions, and other collaborators.
β’ Recruitment and nurturing of a small, high-performing engineering team.
β’ Ensuring security, compliance, and data governance in accordance with Swiss and EU regulatory standards.
β’ Demonstrated experience as a CTO or senior engineering leader in a consumer-focused digital enterprise, preferably in sectors like travel, luxury, or memberships/subscriptions.
β’ Minimum of 6+ years of experience leading high-performing technology teams.
β’ Solid full-stack technical expertise; capable of writing and reviewing code, making architectural decisions, and holding engineers accountable.
β’ Experience managing CRM or marketing technology platforms, both proprietary and third-party (ideally Salesforce).
β’ Strong business acumen; understanding the significance of the customer journey (both digital and digitally-enhanced), sales and marketing funnels, and connecting technical decisions to business results while swiftly testing and iterating solutions.
β’ Proven track record of identifying and executing AI and automation initiatives that lead to significant business transformation.
β’ Adaptable to a lean, high-ownership, and fast-paced work environment.
β’ High level of integrity and humility.
β’ Experience and enthusiasm for collaborating with, influencing, and learning from colleagues.
β’ Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
