This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement tailored coding solutions utilizing Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

• Oversee the technical execution of Salesforce implementations and formulate strategies to address intricate technical issues.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects to generate comprehensive and effective solution designs and data models for personalized customizations.

• Conduct technical process assessments and offer insights on technical subjects such as data management, deployment, single sign-on, and handling large data volumes.

• Carry out code evaluations and maintain Salesforce coding best practices that enhance application scalability.

• Guide and mentor junior technical team members.

• Take charge of the environment and deployment strategy as the Release Manager — overseeing source control, committing changes, initiating and merging pull requests, and executing sandbox seeding to test features.

• Manage final production releases with the capability to roll back or restore as necessary, and oversee technical documentation for smooth transitions at the conclusion of each project.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce.

• Strong practical experience with Apex, including the ability to review and provide feedback on coding best practices that promote application scalability.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.

• Experience with integrating web services (Scribe, SOAP, REST, JSON).

• Familiarity with various design patterns and test-driven development.

• Previous experience in executing deployments and utilizing DevOps tools (e.g., Prodly, Copado).

• Experience in creating technical artifacts such as Salesforce configuration design documents and technical design documents.

• Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Data Architecture and Management Designer, and Sharing and Visibility Architect.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills suitable for diverse audiences and contexts.

• Detail-oriented and quality-focused, with a strong desire and capability to quickly learn and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.

• Confident, self-motivated, ambitious, and a collaborative team player.
