This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

• Voice agents powered by AI and conversational technologies

• Analysis of sentiment and intelligence in conversations

• Automation of backend processes and orchestration of workflows

• AI-supported redaction of sensitive information (e.g., credit card data)

• Development of data pipelines that support AI systems

• Incorporation of AI tools into pre-existing enterprise systems

• Over 5 years of experience in backend/software engineering (Python is preferred)

• Demonstrated experience in applying AI solutions within real business environments

• Proficiency with APIs and system integrations (preferably FastAPI or similar)

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)

• Awareness of best practices regarding data privacy and security

• Capability to operate autonomously with minimal onboarding

• Strong analytical skills and practical problem-solving abilities

• Background in contact centers, BPO, or customer experience technology

• Familiarity with workflow management tools (such as Power Automate, Logic Apps, n8n)

• Understanding of LLM-based applications and concepts like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
