Technical Lead, EBS/Oracle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• **Solution Design & Delivery**

• - Spearhead the comprehensive design and implementation of solutions across Oracle Cloud and on-premise systems.

• - Develop, configure, and integrate applications utilizing OIC, SOA Suite, APIs, and web services.

• - Design and implement data flows and replication processes using Oracle GoldenGate and associated tools.

• - Ensure that the solution design aligns with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.

• - Facilitate the migration and modernization of legacy Oracle systems to OCI and Fusion Cloud platforms.

• - Supervise code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization for Oracle applications and integrations.

• **Technical Leadership & Mentorship**

• - Direct a team of Oracle developers, DBAs, and integration engineers across various projects.

• - Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and mentoring to project teams.

• - Collaborate with architects and product owners to convert business requirements into detailed technical designs.

• - Establish and maintain engineering best practices, standards, and reusable patterns for Oracle development.

• **Operations & Continuous Improvement**

• - Collaborate closely with DevOps and CloudOps to automate build, deployment, and monitoring processes for Oracle solutions.

• - Ensure proactive performance monitoring, capacity planning, and disaster recovery for critical Oracle workloads.

• - Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement by assessing new Oracle tools, frameworks, and features.

• - Assist in root cause analysis and resolution of critical production issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• **Must-have Skills / Qualifications:**

• - 6-8 years of practical experience in Oracle enterprise technologies, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership role.

• - Proficient in Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud (OCI or Fusion).

• - Extensive experience in designing, governing, and implementing solutions.

• - Proven expertise with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) setup, tenancy design, and resource management.

• - In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM) and Oracle E-Business Suite (R12+) integration and customization.

• - Strong proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Cloud, and REST/SOAP API development.

• - Practical experience with Oracle Autonomous Database (ATP/ADW) and Oracle Database 19c or later.

• - Solid understanding of Oracle GoldenGate for data integration, replication, and real-time data movement.

• - Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and scripting (Python/Shell/PL-SQL).

• - Strong foundation in performance tuning, security, and application lifecycle management for Oracle workloads.

• **Leadership & Collaboration**

• - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and successfully deliver complex Oracle projects.

• - Excellent communication skills — capable of effectively interacting with architects, business analysts, and developers.

• - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.

• - Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide clear guidance in ambiguous technical situations.

• **Advantageous or Nice to haves:**

• - Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect certification.

• - Associate/Professional certification.

• - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• - Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid Oracle integrations (e.g., Oracle–Azure interconnect).

• - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models and contemporary CI/CD practices.
