Technical Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Panama.

📋 Description

• Conduct detailed analysis and design.

• Lead and guide development teams by establishing best practices.

• Build and deliver quality and user testing components of software for release.

• Proven hands-on experience in software development with various versions.

• Knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases.

• Understanding of code version control tools.

• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery development processes using appropriate tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 years of experience.

• Cloud: AWS (EC2, ECS, EKS, LAMBDA, API Gateway, RDS, Dynamo, CloudFront, IAM).

• Repository: GitHub.

• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform.

• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.

• Backend: Java 17 or higher, Spring Boot 3.x/4.x.

• Frontend: Angular 12 or higher / React Native.

• Mobile: Android: Kotlin, iOS: Swift / Firebase.

• Architecture: Knowledge of design patterns and architecture.

• QA: Familiarity with code quality tools (SONARQUBE), Code Review, Secure Coding.

• Security: OWASP Top 10 / OAuth2 / JWT.

• Non-relational databases: Redis.

• Queue managers: Kafka / RabbitMQ.
