Technical Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain scalable internal web applications and business systems.

• Oversee fullstack development covering frontend, backend, database, and cloud infrastructure.

• Collect business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.

• Design workflow automation, ticketing systems, dashboards, and operational platforms.

• Establish application architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.

• Work alongside business stakeholders to uncover opportunities for process improvements.

• Guarantee that applications are secure, reliable, maintainable, and scalable.

• Assist with deployment, troubleshooting, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance of applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in fullstack software development.

• Extensive experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue.js, or Angular.

• Strong backend development experience using Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.

• Proficiency with REST APIs, SQL databases, and cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Experience in developing internal business applications, workflow systems, or automation platforms is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to build and deliver end-to-end applications autonomously, from requirements gathering and system design to deployment and maintenance.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently in a dynamic environment.

• Open-minded and adaptable to developing applications across various business functions and operational requirements.

• Strong communication skills and capability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
