This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• This position will serve as the inaugural in-house software engineering lead responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining internal business applications throughout the organization.
• The primary focus will be on creating a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for a ticketing system, with future initiatives including automation tools, operational systems, dashboards, and other tailored business applications.
• Design, construct, and sustain scalable internal web applications and business systems.
• Lead full-stack development encompassing frontend, backend, database, and cloud infrastructure.
• Gather business requirements and convert them into actionable technical solutions.
• Develop workflow automation, ticketing systems, dashboards, and operational platforms.
• Define application architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to pinpoint opportunities for process enhancements.
• Ensure applications are secure, reliable, maintainable, and scalable.
• Support deployment, troubleshooting, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance of applications.
• Over 5 years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Significant experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Strong backend development expertise with Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL databases, and cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience in building internal business applications, workflow systems, or automation platforms is preferred.
• A proven history of independently constructing and delivering end-to-end applications, from gathering requirements to system design, deployment, and maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Open-minded and adaptable to developing applications that cater to diverse business functions and operational needs.
