Technical Lead – AI Native

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete delivery process for client projects, which includes scoping, architecture, development, and launch.

• Serve as the technical lead and key decision-maker, choosing the appropriate stack, tools, and engineering methods for each project.

• Develop across the entire stack (frontend, backend, and infrastructure), frequently assuming the role of the main engineer during initial builds.

• Utilize an AI-native development workflow, crafting detailed specifications and directing AI tools to produce implementation, while reviewing and guiding the results.

• Employ AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude, Copilot, and similar platforms to expedite delivery and enhance engineering efficiency.

• Maintain clear communication with clients through weekly update calls, translating technical advancements into insights that are comprehensible to non-technical stakeholders.

• Oversee delivery timelines and quality, proactively identifying risks and ensuring successful project completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in building across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure, with the ability to swiftly learn new tools and frameworks as necessary.

• Frontend technologies: React, Next.js, React Native.

• Backend technologies: Python, Node.js, TypeScript.

• Infrastructure knowledge: Cloud services (AWS, GCP, or similar).

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Copilot) focusing on defining requirements, crafting specifications, and overseeing AI-generated code.

• Background in mobile development for both Android and iOS platforms.

• Capability to make architecture decisions, assess trade-offs, and lead projects from the conceptual phase to production.

• Ability to clearly articulate technical progress and updates to non-technical stakeholders.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership of delivery in fast-paced environments.
