Technical Interviewer, PHP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.

📋 Description

• Conduct technical interviews and evaluations for PHP developer roles to assess candidates' coding capabilities, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of Java concepts.

• Collaborate with recruitment teams to improve interview questions and techniques in line with role requirements and industry developments.

• Offer comprehensive feedback and recommendations regarding candidates to hiring managers and HR teams to aid in hiring decisions.

• Remain informed about the latest advancements in Java technologies and updates to effectively evaluate candidates.

• Engage in the development and standardization of technical interview processes and training resources for interviewers.

• Demonstrated experience as a Java developer with a solid grasp of PHP ecosystems and frameworks, including Laravel and Symfony.

• Previous involvement in technical interviewing, mentoring, or educational roles is highly beneficial.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to deliver constructive feedback and conduct interviews with professionalism.

• Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
